If you have issues with turning on/charging BuWizz 3.0, please see the following advice:
1. Please use a non-intelligent, non-smart charger, a power bank, or a PC USB port with the supplied cable to charge the BuWizz 3.0 brick.
2. The problem with the smart, intelligent chargers is that they require the device to communicate in order to charge it. That is not possible if the device's battery is drained too much to turn on.
3. Once the battery is charged up to a level it can power the processor, you can use a smart/intelligent charger for further charging.
If that does not work, try hard rebooting the BuWizz. It will require you to open up the unit (use the back of the chopstick or something similar to press it out of the casing), gently pull the battery connector cable up from the PCB and re-plug it. While you are there also check and make sure, that antenna is not touching anything. Please let me know if this solves the issue.
